
My practice is dedicated to the idea that there is a warm compassionate presence alive in each of us that is capable of holding our most difficult experiences and healing our deepest wounds. My goal as a therapist is to help clients begin to identify and change the habitual patterns of reactivity that may be clouding their lives and relationships, so they might become more relaxed and mindful about their emotions and motivations, and find greater clarity in the actions they take. My approach focuses on helping clients create a better relationship with themselves and others by using proven techniques and exercises that are immediately accessible from the very first session. My goal is to provide a warm and inviting environment that supports personal growth and self-acceptance.
